Return Policy

We hope you will enjoy the apparel and accessories that you purchase from Tellurian Boutique. All products get printed on demand.

Our items are unique and not mass produced. That means, the cost to produce items is high, and profit margins are small. Because of that, we  adhere to our printing partner's return policy, and only accept returns for items for the following causes:

  • Item (s) in order arrive damaged in transit
  • Item(s) in your order arrive in defective condition
  • You receive an item that is not what you ordered.

Returns get accepted at the sole discretion of our printing partner, Printful.  You may be required to submit photos of damage, defects, or wrong items you receive. In any case, once your return is accepted, Printful will fill your order once again with the correct item. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delays you may experience from receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong item. We apologize in advance any inconvenience you may experience.

Sorry, money cannot be refunded and exchanges are not permitted. Items cannot be returned for buyers remorse, or because a garment doesn't fit properly.
